Will Dr Ahmed perform my surgery if i am a public patient in a public hospital?

The operation may be supervised by Dr Ahmed but the hospital has the right to move patients to other operating lists without Dr Ahmed being present. Some patients will prefer to be a private patient (self paying) in the public hospital.
